Franklin County Emergency Management and Homeland Security is seeking an experienced Emergency Management professional for the role of Deputy Director. 
Minimum Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Political Science, or related field.
• Four or more years experience in Emergency Management, Public Safety, Homeland Security, Military or equivalent combination of education and experience.

FCEM&HS is seeking to fill positions for student interns (college-level) within our agency to work in all facets of emergency management, including emergency operations, planning, recovery, public affairs, community education, exercises and training. Work is available during semesters/quarters, summers, or extended breaks.

A highly qualified applicant will possess the following: self-motivation, attention to detail, critical thinking skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
